Organisation
The Institute's General Director is a Doctor who is appointed by the Minister for Health for a period of five years which can be renewed. The General Director is supported by an Assistant General Director who is responsible for the Institute's management and executive team. Medical treatments are the responsibility of departments and multidisciplinary committees.
Board of Directors
Chaired by the prefect for the Midi-Pyrénées region, the board of directors is made up of qualified individuals and representatives from the university, INCa, CHU, Regional Economic and Social Council and staff and user representatives.
Scientific Council
It is made up of renowned national and international researchers from outside the Institute. It's role is to advise the Institute on it's scientific direction.
