The Institute's employees are responsible for the quality of patient care and development of the Institute's activities. In order to meet future challenges, the Claudius Regaud Institute has developed a social project based on institutional values, skills development, motivation, recruitment and social dialogue. It is made up of four development objectives which have been negotiated with social partners:

  • Attracting and securing skilled workers by supporting them in their careers
  • Making sure the working environment is safe and guaranteeing fairness
  • Strengthening social services
  • Preparing for the future by supporting change.
