A large choice of menus

Upon your arrival, staff will provide you with menus suited to your health needs and in line with medical advice. You can seek advice from a dietician. Inform them of any allergies you have. Meals are served in your room from 7am, 1130am and 615pm.

 

The “Mont-Valier” restaurant within the Institute

If your health is good enough, you can eat your meals in the “Mont Valier” restaurant with your family and friends. Vouchers for your friends and family are sold at the coffee bar. The restaurant is located on the ground floor. A wide variety of main courses and desserts are available.

The Coffee Bar

For a moment of relaxation, the coffee bar provides a wide range of hot and cold drinks and full breakfasts from 8am.

 

TV

A TV can be installed in your room on request for a fee. Payment for this service is made when you are discharged at the discharge office located on the ground floor.

 

Telephone

When you are admitted to the department, you can request for a telephone line to be connected, A confidential access code and number are given to you; you must have a direct line in order to call and receive calls from your friends and family. To use the telephone in your room, dial 0 and then follow the prompts. To ensure maximum relaxation for all patients, you can only receive calls between 7am and 10pm. When discharged, you pay for your telephone use at the admissions office. Phone cards are available from the ground floor.

Mobile phones effect medical equipment. Please keep them turned off.

 

Internet Access

Young hospitalised patients can borrow a laptop computer with Internet access for free. Make a request for one from the care team.

 

Post

You can receive or send mail through your health executive. To send mail, there is also a letter box located on the ground floor. Mail is collected every working day at 330pm.
