The Health High Authority (HAS) sets five criteria for following up hospitalized patients files. You can refer indicators for 2009 (validated by the HAS).
Dashboard of nosocomial infections
The dashboard of nosocomial infections was published by the Department for Health in January 2010 (using data from 2008)
It can be viewed online.
Claudius Regaud Institute's quality indicators for 2008 were:
- AGGREGATE SCORE : 89,49
- ICALIN of 99.5% (Class A): score measuring the organisation, methods, and actions implemented to fight nosocomial infections.
- ICSHA of 92.3% (Class A): score measuring the consumption of water-alcohol products in relation to an objective set by the Department of Health.
- SURVISO 1/2: score for monitoring infections at surgical sites (ranking score: institutions that do not participate in this monitoring program are not included in the dashboard ranking)
- ICATB 16 / 20 (Class A): score measuring the organisation, means and actions implemented for the correct use of antibiotics.
Since the publication of the dashboard of nosocomial infections in 2006, the Institute's scores have continually improved due to the constant involvement of Management, CLIN and the hospital's operational hygiene team.
