The quality and policy for treatments is devised and updated every year by the Institute's General Manager. It relates to:

  • Regulations
  • Best practice recommendations
  • The results of internal and external examinations
  • Satisfaction surveys.

The quality and safety of treatments by professionals has been a principle of the Institute's for a very long time. The Institute was one of the first to be certified by the Haute Autorité de Santé. Certification visits (V2010) was carried out on January 11th, 12th and 13th 2010.

In order to asses the impact of quality and safety objectives, and to apply corrective action if necessary, several assessments have been carried out: best clinical practice indicators, internal audit and assessment of professional practices, FNCLCC indicators, HAS indicators etc.
